RC Wheeless, President and CEO, has held senior sales and sales management positions for more than 20 years with IBM, Sun Microsystems, EMC Corporation, and TIBCO Software. His experience has been focused on Global 2000 companies in major industries including Retail, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Utilities. RC is a graduate of the City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.

Bill Johns, Chief Technology Officer, has 30 years technical experience customizing and optimizing the performance of large-scale computing environments. Prior to co-founding InsightETE, he developed several major technical innovations for disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance evaluation, transaction processing and database performance with firms including GM, EMC and Amdahl. He is a frequent speaker at forums such as CMG and NASPA.

Brian Lindau, COO, has over 25 years technical and management experience in IT. In 1999, he co-founded InsightETE after several years leading one of the first consulting firms specializing in Service Level Management. He is a former CIO for a mid west manufacturing firm, with extensive experience in the development and operations of highly complex IT environments for companies such as GTE, RCA, and General Electric.

John Littlejohn, Sr. Vice-President, Business Development, has over 20 years experience in information technology sales and finance. As a sales representative with major IT firms such as NCR, Xerox, and Storage Technology, Mr. Littlejohn earned a reputation for his dedication to his clients. Among his many accomplishments, during the 1990’s Mr. Littlejohn managed the growth of EMC from a relative unknown to the market leader in the Ohio marketplace.
