The InsightETE Monitor was installed on June 15, 2009, and within the first four working days, was gathering data from the requested systems to be monitored. The systems monitored were a “home grown system”, HEC, and other McKesson systems. Inevitably, the InsightETE Monitor proved itself to be easy to maintain and provide more useful information than other tools, consequently, Ohio Health used InsightETE to replace the last generation tools. OhioHealth basically used the IT budget allocated for the annual maintenance on the other tools to pay for InsightETE. Since then, Ohio Health has expanded the use of the InsightETE Monitoring to most applications that are critical to patient care, lab functions, and financial services. The InsightETE Monitoring system has made significant impact on the quality of service provided by OhioHealth. |
