- Drive business by generating leads through networking, cold calling and marketing campaigns
- Attend professional meetings and networking events to further brand awareness
- Convert leads into on-site client visits, sales presentations and revenue
- Conduct sales presentations in partnership with pre-sales engineers or members of the InsightETE technical team
- Educate clients on InsightETE’s suite of software solutions and consulting services. Discuss features and benefits that serve as market differentiators for InsightETE.
- Contribute to each client’s understanding of APM through ongoing discussions, whitepapers and webinars
- Negotiate SLA’s, rates and terms for software and consulting services
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and ensure that individual sales goals are met
- Account management for new and existing accounts through regular communication with clients and end-users.
- Serve as an advocate for clients through collaboration with technical teams. Drive improvements and customizations to software and services in order to better meet client needs.
- 5+ years technical sales – software or IT consulting experience highly preferred
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, business, marketing or related
- Strong technical understanding with ability to learn an extensive amount of technical information about APM and InsightETE’s software
- Commitment to travel nationally up to 25% of the time
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal. High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite
